Funny. Yeah, I think Uncle Joe's bid for the presidency has been torpedoed. All women now are going to look at him and get nervous.

Biden's non-apology video was weird, even before the parody version. He claims that he'll behave now because "social norms have changed." Since when was it the social norm to close to women you don't know, put your hands on them, and smell their hair. The guy's a weirdo.
