Not the worst idea. Either one!
National debt is over 22 Trillion, the interest on the debt will add another Trillion before the ink on the bill of sale dries.
Easy solution, legalize stripclubs FullService and tax it just to pay debt.
Having been to Montana i would prefer to exterminate 65 million Americans based on a luck of ther draw lottery than sell Montana to Canada, who couldn't fucking afford it anyway.
