PHX Hiliter closing??

I've heard rumors from dancers at other clubs and seen posts on other sites that indicate Hiliter is going to close, or at least finally lose their liquor license, in early January. Have any other PHX people heard the same thing or know anything different? Hiliter is one of my favorite clubs based on atmosphere and location so I'd be sad to see it close.
