Alcohol & nudity is permitted in all strip clubs within the Atlanta city limits but 4 small cities surrounding it are all trying to outlaw it.

The club in this law suit happens to be a male strip club that is only open on week ends but there are 3 other clubs in the Sandy Springs city limits.
Forest Park on the south side did it and shut down 2 clubs. They were eventually allowed to reopen but have so many restrictions on them that they can not compete with the Atlanta clubs. In fact one of them has closed.
Doraville managed to shut down one club and Oasis is treading water.
Brookhaven has severely restricted operations at the Pink Pony.
Chamblee only incorporated for a couple of years annexed the property that Follies sits on but has so far has left it alone. The only club left untouched so far.
Where will the Cheetah dancers go if it closes due to being bought out?
