As I posted on the discussion board, last month I received a citation for violating the smoking ban during a visit to the Columbia SC Platinum Plus. The bond/fine was $25. I got a cashiers check and mailed it in. Last week I got a letter from a criminal defense attorned in Lexigton SC, a suburb of Columbia. He offered his services to defend me. Even a free consultation. Times must be tough!!!

I didn't even realize it was illegal to smoke in the club there. The last time I visited I still reeked of smoke.
As long as he was paying postage, did he include an ad magnet for your fridge?
