Club is not listed on TUSCL - Yelp states it used to go by "Hot Spot Gentlemen's Club" and now is called "5608 Live" (not sure if it's currently a strip-club or a regular club).

5/19/17 - Stay far away from this place. It's not worth loosing our life for, I'm an Undertaker here in Houston, I and my crew made a body call there two years ago in the back parking lot, a Prostitute giving oral to someone at the back door as we were waiting for the CSI unit to arrive, She was so stoned she didn't even know what was going on, The boys there think there macho and bad, They don't want to mess with us! They left and were polite about what had happened and offered to assist in finding the deceased name. The were Ok
2/25/18 - This is the 4th time we had to make a body removal 2-25-18, Nothing to see here but trash and filth. drugs are plentiful so are the women,, If that's what you call them. Save your self, Stay away!
Security guard kills man who was shooting at Houston strip club
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police say a security guard shot and killed a man outside a club in northwest Houston.
It happened just after 3 a.m. Sunday outside Club 5608 Live on North Shepherd.
Police responded to reports of shots being fired outside of the club.
Witnesses say a man was shooting at the club when the security guard opened fire hitting the gunman.
That man was killed.
Investigators say security video from the club shows the suspect outside with a gun in his hand.
No one else was shot.
Police say there were several locations and they're still trying to determine how many shots were fired.
The identity of the man who was killed has not been released.
