Would barely make the news in The Netherlands.

Years ago, a couple was arrested for having sex at an indoor concert in Des Moines. When interviewed, the woman said it was okay because he was her fiancé. The man said he didn't know her name.

Should have picked a better place for a public show of affection. A strip club perhaps?
