CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A large fight that broke out after a man jumped on stage at a strip club ended in a shootout between two men and two security guards, police reports say.
Two men are arrested in connection with the incident, but formal charges have not yet been filed.
The melee happened about 2 a.m. Monday at the Million Dollar Gentleman's Club on Clark Avenue at West 43rd Street in the city's Clark-Fulton neighborhood.
A 24-year-old woman told police she was dancing on the stage when an unknown man jumped on stage with her, police reports say. A bouncer jumped on stage to grab the man and a massive brawl ensued, according to police reports.
During the fight, the woman told police someone hit her in the face with a pistol. She was taken to MetroHealth for treatment.
Two bouncers kicked out two men who led the fight, police reports say. A 26-year-old man who was kicked out told the bouncers: "You're gonna die for this," police reports say.
That man ran to his car, grabbed a gun and fired two shots at a 26-year-old security guard. The security guard fired two shots back at the man, ran inside the club and locked the door, police reports say.
A 34-year-old man who was kicked out of the bar ran up to the front door and fired several more shots, police reports say. Another security guard then fired five shots at the man from inside the bar, police reports say.

I suppose the shot up car out front was the result of security firing through the door from inside the club. That's Cleveland for you, security is just as thuggish as the thugs they're supposed to be securing.
