As some of you might remember RickyBoy moved out of NYC a few years back. Here's how he describe the stripper/escort scene in his new home:
RickyBoy: "In the area I now live in, opioid addiction is a real epidemic among strippers and other sex workers. Escorts have been ODing left and right and some of the clubs are now full of stripper addicts."
Seems like perfect ground to run The System and might explain some of the recent "successes" he has infamously been bragging about here and on SW. I won't be surprised if he moved to area precisely because he thought it was a good place to run The System.

Cheaper housing, cheaper strippers, cheaper private school for his beautiful kids. Win win for everyone!
Not as prestigious private schools for his daughters though. But, hey, with all the personality damage in the Dugan they probably end up working in those local clubs when they are of age. Then TUSCLers will swoop in there and run The System on them.
