SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- A Sandy Springs strip club closed last month due to various code violations is back up and running.
Flashers at 6420 Roswell Road officially reopened its doors on Friday, Dec. 30, said City Attorney Wendell Willard. The adult entertainment business opened following a Dec. 29 hearing before the Municipal Court.
After the court heard both sides of the issue and the owners stated all the "noted deficiencies" had been repaired, the judge directed the owner's licensed electrician to be on site the next day while the city's Fire Marshal's Office conducted an inspection to ensure hazards and safety issues were resolved, Willard said.
Once satisfied with the club's repairs and modifications, the fire marshal removed the order to close the business, the city attorney added.
Flasher's was shuttered Dec. 19 due to "numerous fire and life safety code violations," city spokesperson Sharon Kraun previously told Patch. It was one of three adult entertainment establishments that were subject to a Dec. 14 raid by Sandy Springs police.
Along with Flasher's, Mardi Gras at 6300 Powers Ferry Road and Main Stage/Dollhouse at 5275 Roswell Road were all to found to be in violation of the city's codes.
A total of 34 citations were issued to employees who were not in compliance with the laws, and arrests were also made at each of the three establishments on violations of the city's ordinance relating to solicitation of an illicit sexual act.

I wonder if things are gonna be tame for a while.
The owner should have taken care of the issues b/f the raid ever happened and it probably would have come out cheaper.
