I know they are both chain restaurants but it's undeniable that they have amazing steak. How would you guys feel if that were served by a waitress at minimum dressed like a hooters girl or ultimately in a string bikini. (Cause we all know topless wouldnt be open very long)

Though we all love boobs, we ultimately come for the food. Waitresses hold food close to their chest. If they been working for a few hours, they are building up perspiration and I don't need any accidental "droplets" on my well done steak thank you very much.

I don't know about this. But there are topless clubs where the girls serve food. So if setup right, it could last just fine. Could even be nude.
Clubs in San Francisco have topless hotties serving food. But because they also have alcohol, they can't be nude.
