I arrived at Follies today 30 minutes before the official opening. As soon as I got settled in I saw a dancer that I was pretty sure had worked there in the past and that I had had some good times with . I couldn't place a name and of the few girls I asked, they didn't know her. So I planned to approach her or tip her on stage or whatever it took to get her to my table. As soon as the stage got cranked up she disappeared into the dressing room and I never saw her again.
Did she need money and decide to start stripping again but then chickened out when it got right down to doing it?

I've seen some dancers show up and leave if the club seems over-run w/ dancers – but the reasons could be numerous.
She was probably too intimidated by the idea of dancing in front of a living legend.

When I saw the title to this thread, I thought it was going to be about a stripper who did the Chicken Dance on stage.
I thought a women did the funky chicken on stage.
Chacken = juice. Chicken = shadowcat delight.
