I don't mind GIs having a good time off base and off duty. Knowingly (I emphasize--knowingly) supporting or participating in slavery is a different matter. The problem is how is the GI supposed to know that he has crossed a line, if there is one, between recreation and subsidizing slavery.

I found the article interesting but not the femminist view of the author. Soldiers face dangers civilians are not normally exposed to and deserve a place where they can drink, relax, enjoy women. Were I a soldier, I would want set up hooch where keep one available to fuk as needed. Perhaps a Russian girl?
