COLUMBUS (WCMH) — One person was shot overnight at a northeast Columbus strip club.

According to Columbus police, the shooting happened shortly before 1 a.m. at Nick’s Cabaret at 2210 East Dublin-Granville Road.

One person was taken to Riverside Hospital in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the head. That victim was later stabilized.

A second man drove away from the area believing he had been shot and crashed his car in the area of I-71 and Cooke Road. That victim refused medical treatment.

Police are now interviewing witnesses. Detectives say they have a person of interest, but have not provided a description of that person.
