Many of you that follow such things probably know the name Scott Bergthold. He's that ass-clown lawyer from Chattanooga, Tennessee who has made a career out of helping cities draft public ordinances to shut down and restrict strip clubs and adult businsses.
He is famous for citing the "secondary effects" doctrine. Well ass-clown, maybe you should try shutting down movie theaters next.

My position has always been that these unconstitutional local adult entertainment ordinances do far more harm than the state laws prohibiting prostitution.

I think of him right up there with the ISis group. You think he might be secretly working for them? Someone might want to investigate if his radical anti freedom campaign against businesses in the US is part of an Isis campaign. Non strip club hobbyists might laugh now but just wait and see what type of business he tries to shut down if he can't make money shutting down strip clubs. He might shut down movie theatres in a town near you saying they are attracting criminals and killers. shut them all down. He's a lawyer. if there's money to be made, he might work on it.
