Charleston police looking for strip club assault suspect

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) -- Police are looking for a man they say attacked another person at a Charleston strip club early Saturday morning.

According to Charleston police, they are looking for a white man in his mid-20s who is about 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. Police said the man may be from out of state.

The man was at Stilettos Gentleman's Club on Pittsburgh Avenue around 2:15 a.m. when police say he assaulted another person before leaving the area in a silver Subaru with Florida tags.

Police did not say what the fight was about or whether the victim had any serious injuries.

If anyone recognizes the man, they are asked to call Consolidated Dispatch at 843-743-7200.
