Gem's Gentlemen's Club – which arose out of the former Cooler Club last year – closed after the death of its owner, Frank Hurliman, earlier this year, said Dean Wier, a real estate agent with Norris & Stevens.
Hurliman, who was in his 80s, is survived by children who "aren't interested in running a bar or restaurant, strip club or anything," Wier said
I think Club Fantasy is still open and its near Hillsboro ... A few clubs in the Portland metro area have recently closed forcing several dancers into different clubs: Glimmers, Jody's, Jiggles, and Safari Club. Hawthorne Strip is changing its location and Casa Diablo owner plans to reopen Glimmers as 'Sinners'

Jiggles was the first club I ever danced! I hope that with the loss of these clubs some new better clubs are born. I think Jiggles is the only one being demolished ... Also I was wrong about Club Fantasy ... The Portland club that is closer to Beaverton / Hillsboro is VIP Room which is currently open.

Jodies Bar And Grill closed out, not sure when they will be back. It's on 122nd and Glisan, left of McDonalds.
