Police are looking for possible suspects involved in the deadly ambush and shooting today of a man who was only a few days away from opening a strip club in west Houston. “We responded to a 911 call at 5:15 a.m. this morning from a caller who said he heard multiple gun shots and saw a vehicle drive into a ditch,” a spokesperson from the Houston Police Department told [view link]. “Whether or not the victim died from a gunshot wound or the car crash is under investigation.” The driver, pronounced dead on the scene, crashed his Bentley on Beverly Hill Street at Greenridge Drive after he was ambushed by what appears to be more than one shooter, police said, noting that two different weapons were used. Police did not release the name of the victim or a description of the suspect or suspects. Both are pending a report from the homicide division, police said. The Bentley was found a block away from Richmond Avenue, where the victim was planning to open a new strip club called Envy Houston, police said. Investigators are still looking into what led up to this deadly shooting, police said. “It looks like there was some sort of confrontation between our [victim] and another individual. We don't know if there was one or two or how many,” Richard Rodriguez with the Houston Police Department told ABC News' local affiliate ABC13. Friends and family of the victim interviewed so far by police said they were not aware of any ongoing conflict, Rodriguez said. “They're all told me he didn't have any problems with anybody,” he said. But investigators are looking into the possibility he was followed and targeted, police said.

Repeal the 2nd Amendment and confiscate and destroy all civilian possessed guns and guns from retailers that sell them without proper precautions, PARTICULARLY gun shows. Outlaw the NRA.
