DALLAS (October 21, 2013)—One person was killed and a second was injured early Monday when shots were fired into a shuttle bus after a gang-related dispute at a strip club in Dallas, police said.
Police were looking for the gunman Monday morning.
About 20 people from Fort Worth were on board the chartered shuttle bus at the time of the shooting, Sr. Cpl. DeMarquis Black said.
Black said gang signs were flashed in the club before the shuttle departed at shortly after 4 a.m. Monday.
Another vehicle approached the shuttle and shots were fired into the side of the bus, he said.
The shuttle operator drove to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas after the gunfire that left a window shattered and bullet holes in the vehicle.
Police say Keithrick Raymond Taylor, 28, was killed.
Information about the wounded victim weren't immediately released.
