Shots fired at Richland County strip club
September 15, 2013 By Allen Wallace

A dispute between a bouncer and a customer outside a St. Andrews-area strip club ended in gunfire early Sunday morning.

The security guard told Richland County Sheriff's deputies that he escorted the customer out of Mr. Lucky's at 2605 Seminole Road, just off Broad River Road, around 1 a.m. Sunday. The bouncer then told deputies that the customer got into a car, backed over the guard's foot and tried to run over him.

The bouncer said he fired several shots at the car, which drove away.

Sheriff's Department Sergeant Curtis Wilson said investigators are working to identify the customer. No arrests have been made yet, and no charges filed against the guard as of Sunday afternoon. The investigation is ongoing.

A security guard was killed in another shooting at Mr. Lucky's in August 2012
