A 74-year-old Union City man has been charged with selling Viagra and Cialis, and also for possession of weapons, including a stun gun, authorities said.
Guillermo Avello looked like anything but the purveyor of erectile dysfunction drugs when he appeared in Central Judicial Processing in Jersey City today in handcuffs and a knitted puppy-dog sweater.
Avello's bail was set at $1,000 with a 10 percent option, and the case is being sent on to the grand jury, authorities said.
Avello intended to sell 30 Viagra pills and six Cialis pills, one bottle of Zolpidem, used to help with insomnia; and two bottles of Alprazolam, which go by the trade name Xanax, according to the criminal complaint. He is also accused of possession a stun gun as well as a canister of mace at the time of his arrest. More information about Avello's arrest was not immediately available

Believe it or not, some cities are claiming stun guns and pepper spray are illegal weapons. Accept your beatings!
My own dealer in these things is in his 80s.
Did an undercover grandfather entrap him?
Great, our goverment prosecutes us for selling Viagra. They don't want anybody but them to have a good time fucking people.
Sorry bastards. As a juror I vote "Not Guilty."
More jury nullification needs to happen in this country.
