Do u mean favorite local clubs or drivers/teams? If u mean clubs I know daytona well and will b happy to comment. If you're referring to nascar I'm more of an open wheel fan; Indycar, Formula 1, Grand Am etc. Club selection really depends on how much action you're looking for; extras vs standard lap dances. Most requests for extras r available at the right club with the right girl at very reasonable prices. Daytona's club scene reminds me of a small detroit from the standpoint of local economy and other factors. Daytona ia a "down on it's luck" city. The only times the area has any real income stream is bike week, nascar, biketoberfest and the rolex race.

    ss1,

I have been all into NASCAR about 3 times back since 1963, but then they do something to make me forget about it. They did that again with the "every car is the same COT" BS. No way I would go now. I even missed the last race in Homestead and I had not missed one sine the Inaugural on November 5, 1995. Sad. :(

I'm an open wheel racing fan too.

Just never got hooked on NASCAR.

Too bad NHRA isn't more popular

If they are lucky, Montoya won't rear end another cleaning truck and start the track on fire again.

    motor,

I couldn't agree more about the NHRA. I used to race in the Miami area until I couldn't afford cars and women. Not sure I made the right choice. I did become the Florida state champ in my class one year.

    crazy,

Your comment, "NASCAR= non athletic sport revolving around rednecks".

Let's break it down: "non athletic"

I have driven no less than 100 laps (driving experiences) at the Homestead track and in no way close to the level of the NASCAR drivers. It is a tremendous feat what they do, physically and mentally. Name me another sport were you have to be at the top of your physical and mental game for 3+ hours with no more than about 3-4 15 second breaks, and where if you fuck up, you can die, and that is just for a race.

I also know one of the trainers for a couple of teams. I've been to his workout sessions with drivers and crews. Now, I will admit that in the early days of NASCAR your statement may have been true, but now, NO WAY!!!

    "sport"

    Same as any other sport

    "revolving"

    This is ovious.

    "around"

    Also obvious.

    "rednecks"

Yep, and some of the most fanatic of fans in all of sports. Well I won't count the idiots that follow soccer and will kill each other. And as a side note, I am proud to be of redneck heritage. Of course I am speaking of it's real definition, not the one that has been bastardized today.

OK, off the soap box. :)

I used to follow and watch Indy/Cart racing until they came out with another racing league, i.e. IRL – seemed like Indy/Cart racing went downhill after that.

I also used to follow Formula-1 a bit, but they changed their format to make more of the cars/teams even and I don’t like it anymore – I hate when they try to introduce “parity” in a sport (e.g. salary cap; etc.) – I think “parity” becomes mediocrity for all.

I also liked Moto GP motorcycle racing – but they don’t seem to play too much on TV since most races are in Europe.
