  Uh, if those people (at least the one who claims to be her uncle) are actual Wiccans, then I'm a fit, handsome virgin with a 13 inch dick. No actual Wiccan that I ever heard of would ever "hex" someone else. They'd ask for protective wards for *her*, but not try to harm anyone *else*.
