SAN ANTONIO -- Things got wild at the Wild Rhino Strip Club parking lot around 2 a.m. Sunday when a man was shot in the shoulder while preparing to leave.
Police said a fight broke out inside the club in the 1400 block of S.W. Military Drive and subsequently spilled into the parking lot.
A male in his mid-20s, who claimed to be an innocent bystander, made eye contact with the gunman, police said. That's when the gunman shot the victim once in his right shoulder.
The victim drove himself to Mission Trail Baptist and no arrests have been made.
Police said the shooting could be gang-related and evidence of broken glass on another vehicle might point to the intended target.
