And then there were none!

A Clermont County strip club is closing at the end of the year after losing a fight in court. Clermont County prosecutor Don White announced Friday that Déjà Vu Of Cincinnati, Llc, which operates the Déjà Vu strip club in Union Township, was convicted in Clermont County Municipal Court of 10 counts of illegally operating a sexually oriented business. As a result, White said, Déjà Vu will be permanently closing its Union Township location on Dec. 31. White said charges were filed against Déjà Vu as a result of an undercover investigation conducted between April and June of 2010. During the course of the investigation, White said, detectives observed dancers engaged in sexual acts with each other, inappropriately touching patrons and otherwise engaging in sexually oriented entertainment on the Déjà Vu premises in violation of Ohio's sexually oriented business law. Each of the 10 charges carries a maximum fine of $5,000. Sentencing will take place on Jan. 30.
