There are two types of clubs out there: Ones that post who is working that night And ones that don’t.
Talk to the average man in this hobby, all other things equal, they would probably say they prefer the former to the later.
But sometimes we don’t fully understand what we truly want.
The idea of knowing if your favorite girl is working or not sounds great, especially if there’s a long drive to get there that could be avoided.
And to the average club owner, they would probably prefer to not have to take the time each day to inform the public who will be working that night. They probably especially would like to avoid a contentious moment when a patron gets upset at them that a flaky stripper didn’t show up to work when they said they would be there.
But none of this tells the full story of why more clubs don’t share their roster each night.
The real reason is the thrill of the hunt, the chase, the surprise. It’s one of the carnal reactions to why we love the club.
If you know exactly who is there, and what they are like and what you can expect, the ceiling is already capped on your experience.
But if anyone could be working, maybe they’re new, maybe they’re not, but your imagination can run wild on your drive. The possibilities are endless.
For myself, being a fan of sports team who largely have underperformed for decades, I have learned that the anticipation is everything. Too often, the big game disappoints. Your team loses, nothing new or cool happens, and it’s just another day.
And many times, we go to the club and don’t add anything to our Spank Bank Mount Rushmore. It’s just another day.
But every drive to a club that doesn’t post their roster brings about the idea that you might see the most beautiful girl you have ever seen who is willing to do unspeakable things.
And that excitement of the unknown is the real reason why most club owners don’t post their rosters.

This is more a discussion topic than an article. Some clubs don't post a roster because some dancers have creepy stalkers. One of my favorite clubs posts a roster almost every day and night except when their most popular dancers don't show up. Some clubs just find it easier to let the girls repost their schedules from their dancer IG's onto the club's Instagram
