I recently visited the infamous DeWallen district of Amsterdam. I had 3 interactions with workers there. I went once during the day and twice at night. During the day there were noticeably fewer workers but also less crowds, which was nice to look at the workers and get a feel for the place. It's off limits to bicycles which was really nice since everywhere else you have to keep your head on a swivel to check for bikes coming at you!
The district has multiple signs up with no cell phone usage allowed! (You can use it for Google maps or checking internet, but do not point camera at the windows)

You should try the RLDs in Korea .
Prices sure have increased since I was there about five years ago. I was paying E80-E100 per session. The day girls were especially good. Unrushed service and very friendly. A few I was with spoke English.
OTOH, De Wallen is for tourists. De Pips is much smaller, but I think you will get better deals and better service there.
Been there about five times, five+ weeks each time. Great city for the museums, culture, and general ambience of the city. Won't go back voluntarily however. Too many better places to monger and for a LOT less money.
My only experience was after having already spent a week or so in the FKK scene around greater Frankfurt. Back in those days, FKK 30min sessions in a nice room with king-size bed were 50€. That was for LFK/DFK (depending), DatY, BBBJ, and CFS. In Amsterdam, the all-in going rate was more (~$150€, I think) to do the deed in a cramped room with a bitchy girl who had too many rules/upcharges.
Life must be especially unpleasant sitting behind those red light doors night-after-night and dealing with a steady stream of aggravating tourists. I guess it can show in their service levels and attitudes. I felt spoiled by the FKKs.
