New Jersey home, condo, and even apartment prices are too high. Makes you rethink mongering. Spending money on a good time for one night...which over the years become numerous nights and adds up...versus...staying home and saving, but having the money for things that count later in life. Sometimes I even tell myself I'm giving these dancers an easy cash infusion making her life and living situation easier. Maybe I need to use sex transmutation to focus on achieving my goals. Then spend on the hoes once $200-300 is just a drop in the bucket. I see 2br houses in the North Ironbound section of Newark, built in 1910 going for 300k...ridiculous. I'm nj born and raised though, leave the diversity? The food? The familiarity? Unless it was for another country I guess it can be done if you can take your NJ salary elsewhere. Have to move in with SO just to be able to save up 😶
