Things Are (slowly) Returning To Normal; At Least In Some Clubs in Chicago IL NW Burbs and near S Burbs

Like many of us, I've only clubbed a couple times since the restrictions from March last year. But take heart, times are changing! With more of us getting fully vaccinated, the club rules have loosened up in some places while still being hit or miss overall. I intentionally am NOT naming names because things are changing quickly and it would do the more restrictive clubs a big disservice if they change policies tomorrow.
The norm as of this writing is you have to wear a mask to enter but after that the rules are all over the map. Some dancers will do a maskless lap dance and allow you to take off your mask, while others still suspect all their customers are too stupid to be vaccinated. I hope club patrons leave some new rewiews so we can try and stay up to speed.
My "local" club was packed the last time I visited on a Friday evening. Like the old days. Bringing a drink (and buying her one) meant no masks in their "Champaign" room and the contact was as high as the club is normally willing to ignore.
OTOH, there was a violent incitent in the Manheim Strip (as I call it) a few months ago, and reviewers say that some don't even give lap dances anymore, while a club a block away is the usual full contact. YMMV, especially now.
Across the country I suspect it's the same: a mixed bag. FL seems to leading the way for no masks, which is no surprise. IMHO, having had both vaccine shots now for over a month, I'm anxious for the science to catch up with the policies. I tend to be far left liberal in my politics but I'm with the conservatives who say since you can be immune, you shouldn't have to pander to those too stupid to follow suit.
To sum up, I'm optimistic that in a very short time we'll be back to business as usual. At least I hope so!!
