I got rejected at the first club I went to!

I tried auditioning at in Atlanta. The first night I worked up the courage to go apply the hiring manger was not there. It was a Thursday and I sure wasn’t going to audition on the weekend so I waited to come back until

Monday. I came on Monday and apparently it was many girls coming to audition tonight. I filled out my application and waited for the house mom to come get me. She came back with two other dancers.

The house mom took me to the dressing room and told me to get dressed, I asked the other girls how did they do and they told me they thought they didn’t good, however they did not get the job. I didn’t feel worried because I was confident I would get it. The house mom repeatedly tells me to make sure I smile and make eye contact on the stage.

It’s my time to get go and she walked me the main room. The DJ transitions the song and she tells me to hop on. I get on stage and dance, I was having a good time but I look over and the house mom was telling me to smile. She then pulls me off and tells me to get dressed. I get dressed and she tells me I didn’t get the job. She walks me out and they was it.

Sucks! But I’m going to try again
