Downward spiral

Resistance is futile
As a honorary inductee to the PL hall of fame, I grow increasingly concerned about the availability, and quality of talent at strip clubs in the northeast.
I maintain a passing relationship with a small circle of dancers. They are telling me about the lack of any reasonable situations to make money here. The Covid restrictions are driving them away from working in US northeast.
Pre-covid Massachusetts, RI, and CT had a thriving group of clubs, and young women who made a great living ITC.

Now I find the pool is slowly drying up. The clubs have had trouble getting talent to come in. Girls don't want to come in when there is no great money to be had.
The northeast has definably done well with suppressing covid. That has come at the cost of.....no contact dancing, and no VIP.
Given the nature of adult entertainment there has been little political or public traction to allow normality in the clubs.
Clubs calling girls independent contractors worked big time for the clubs finanicial bottom line. That scenario gives clubs very little leverage to bring in girls now when there is no good money to be made. No girls no opening.

Dancers, as you would expect, follow the money.
Southernmost states in the US have relaxed or minimized covid rules. My small pool of ATF now 50 percent either moved south, or are talking about finding other work there. Most of them are the best talent at my club in my opinion.
I'm keeping my #1 fav girl rolling with some OTC attention. She tells me many of her friends are moving on to other areas of the US. Some are getting out of dancing, some have tried cam girling but the market is saturated.
I see a downward spiral. If this doesn't change clubs here will be unable to get the best talent. Girls dealing with severe contact restrictions, and low money making potential will move on. There are always girls becoming women to take dancer jobs. Waiting it out offers the girls no benefits. In the end there may be no good answers for the girls or clubs until this is over.
Clubs struggling to make money, add on declining quality of talent... will fail. The northeast may dry up as nice place that has a nice club scene.

Which may be part of the government's plan!
IDK but bottom line...the "strip club" around here, as we knew it is like the USPS. A business model that doesn't seem to be working and may be severly reduced in the future.
I see a downward spiral for the foreseeable future.
I may have to move to Florida.

Definitely move to Florida. Cheaper, less taxes, and better weather generally speaking and great SCs

There is no government plan here -- just market forces. When/if a vaccine is available the girls will come back.
