My ATF Club and a Dancer who worked there...

My favorite articles concern members reminiscences about their favorite clubs and/or dancers. That brings back pleasant memories of my ATF club and my one encounter with a dancer who worked there briefly...

For a few years I lived on the north shore of Lake Ponchatrain, across the lake from New Orleans. Since it was just a short detour, I occasionally stopped in at the Candy Cane in New Orleans East on my way home. One afternoon there was a note on the door saying the club was closed. About a month later there was a new sign. The club had reopened as the Onyx. I checked but they were no longer open until the evening. However, a bigger change accompanied the reopening. As indicated by the name, the color of the club had changed. Occasionally a white girl would be dancing but, on most occasions, all of the dancers were AA.

I liked the way the club was laid out. The bar was connected to the stage on one side so, after their stage set was up, the dancers would walk along the top of the bar and, given sufficient incentive, provide a more personal show. I remember one time when a new dancer said she wouldn't show her p**** for just a dollar. She asked if many would and I honestly told her that about half did.

Due to my circumstances I typically went in the early evening, generally arriving about a half hour after opening. Therefore, I didn't have any problems getting a seat at the bar. One evening I was approached by one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen. Based on her light brown skin and other features, I guessed she was west European and African. Of course I said yes when she asked if she could take the seat next to me. Based on our conversation if was apparent that she was well educated as well. That certainly didn't deter me from my initial impression that she was a dyme. If I remember correctly her name was Egypt. She said she was from Germany. That may be but German didn't appear to be her main language because she spoke perfect English without an accent.

After a couple of minutes Egypt asked if I would buy her a beer. Since the club didn't gouge customers for dancer's drinks I agreed. She obviously didn't overindulge in this beverage. My memories of Egypt are associated with a line from a Genesis song "a perfect body with a perfect face." When she was about halfway through her beer, Egypt asked if she could sit in my lap. Of course I agreed. When she got comfortable, Egypt place a hand on my knee and started wiggling her butt. My response was to place one hand on her breast and the other on her bare thigh. Egypt didn't show any hesitancy to either that or my moving my hand up her leg.

The bartender was the first girl I had seen as a dancer at the Onyx. Since she wasn't busy she was watching us and a knowing smile came over her face when she saw me whisper in the fraulein's ear. As you probably suspect I asked about going to the lap dance area. Egypt finished her beer with a couple of slugs and away we went.

The lap dance area consisted of two rows of couches that faced each other and separated from the rest of the club by a six foot high wall. Once in the back, Egypt's grinding was more pronounced. Also there was no longer any clothing to interfere with my fondling and kissing of her breasts. However, she did stop me when I tried to put my hand down her pants. Instead she got up, faced me, and with a sly smile on her face, slowly pulled down her bottoms. Egypt was apparently, and justifiably so, proud of her breasts because she carried her top instead of putting it back on when we returned to the main area of the club.

Egypt's dance was tame compared to that of most of the dancers so I went fairly regularly. Also, I was often approached about going back to a dancers motel room or about my interest in a date. Therefore, I developed a habit of asking dancers whose LDs I enjoyed, which was most of the time, about their availability for OTC. Only one girl ever said no. Also, when I tried again a few months later, her answer changed to yes.

I did have a couple of visits each to two other black clubs in New Orleans East, Passions and She Shes. Similar LDs and extras availability existed at both but the Onyx was my favorite since I found the girls to be generally more attractive and personable. Unfortunately, the Onyx was located near the Industrial Canal and was destroyed during Katrina.

My encounter with Egypt occurred before I considered extras. I occasionally wonder what would have happened had I asked about her availability.

Yes – this hobby of ours does make available the possibility of collecting some fine memories.

If one SCs enough – he will have some keen memories of certain dancers whose beauty and/or sexuality left a decided imprint in our minds/memories.

Hope you, and the rest of us; can make some more special SC memories in the future.

As a fellow chocolate lover; I particularly enjoyed your stroll thru memory lane – and IME – some of the most perfect and hard to believe breasts I have seen in my life have been on ebony women (I imagine it’s the combination of their taut skin and higher muscle density).
