Okay, I need to preface this...

Okay, I need to preface this review by saying this is the first club in San Diego I've been to in about 10 years, and last time the "6 foot" law was not in place, so I feel like a newbie. Lots of things have changed. Since this is the only club I've seen, my ratings are probably skewed.

Last time I was in this club it was called "Tops n Tails" and the year started with a 19. I had set out to go to Deja Vu on Kearny Villa, but they have changed their hours and are only open on Friday and Saturday now. I remembered this club that I had been to before and wondered if it was still there, and since I was already in the area I stopped in. Outside is different with new name, but inside looks basically the same, except for the moat between the stage and the customers. Gotta say I don't like the distance law. Girls do sets of 3 very short songs, then go begging for dollars from the crowd after they've re-dressed. Takes the fun out of the whole evolution.

Got a discount on the cover 'cause I'm military, still get the 2 free drink coupons. Wednesday night about 7:30, club had about 20 or so customers. Wait staff is nice and laid back, not pushing for you to buy more. The girls were also very understanding when I told them I'd prefer to wait for a lapdance and enjoy the scenery for a while longer.
