Not the best in VA, but...

Not the best in VA, but it has its merits. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, and while Paper Moon down the street was closed, PP was open. Only about 6-8 girls working, and about the same number of guys in the house. I watched a few rotations by the stage, then recognized "Kayla" from the old Paper Moon (she goes by "Eve" now). We chatted a while, and went in the back for two really excellent lapdances that were only marred by the girl at the bar across the room babysitting a 3-year old girl. What is up with that? Who brings a 3-year old into a strip club, and hangs out with them in the lapdance area? Kayla gets a 10, the rest of the rotation averages 6-7, and the 3-year old gets a 1; hence the overall 6.
