I stopped in at about 5pm...

I stopped in at about 5pm at Gallagher's at the urging of a friend who said I should check it out. Gallagher's is in a fine area in Queens, easy to get to by car or public transportation. They have Valet Parking so if you're driving in like me, you don't have to worry about finding a spot, security of your vehicle, parking meters, and the like. I was greeted by a helpful bouncer who pointed the way to the bathroom so I could unload my kidneys before settling in for a couple of beers and girl watching. The stage is in the middle of a huge rectangular bar. At the time I was there, anywhere from 2 to 4 dancers were on stage at a time. The bar was busy and after taking to a couple of regulars, it seems that there's usually a good crowd.

The was an excellent selection of ladies at the club the day I went. It seemed evenly split between latina, eastern european, ebony, and american white girls. I was approached fairly quickly, but i didn't feel jumped on at all. My experience was that the girls approached me determined to get me to buy a dance, but they didn't give any attitude when i told them i was there just to look around. Of course, that changed when a cute little Brazilian chick introduced herself and talked me into a lapdance, and then another one. All in all, I would say that this is my new favorite club, and I'm glad it takes me a couple of hours to drive there. If it were right around the block I'd be poor, but smiling.
