This is my home club. I been going there for years & have seen it's up & downs. It's your strip bar version of "Cheers". So don't expect it to be a flashy-trendy show club. The appeal of this place has all ways been it's very friendly atmosphere. It has girls for all tastes. You will find young hotties, MILF's, curvy, leggy, stylish, itty-bitties & enhanced, plain Jane's, plus ethnic variety. The facility is in good shape, although it has not been updated in years. The sound system is good, VIP section comfortable, the bathroom in fair condition, but clean. It can become exceedingly smoke filled at night, some air exchangers would be nice. The wait staff is usually very efficient & the DJ's play a good mix, somewhat tailored to whatever demographic the crowd may be. The beverage offerings are reasonably priced though what you might call basic.

On the downside the "fun" factor has been going down for the past few years. It has fallen it the boring rut of stale routine & I put the blame solely on ownership/senior management. What special promotions Babe's offers has been the same for time. Tuesday's special price for a "Bucket of Beer" plus 2 for 1 Couch dances and "Lingerie Friday's" are only known by the regulars. Very and I mean VERY RARELY the dancers are told to go into double rotation. Case in point, the last Tuesday evening in July there were 18 dancers listed on the board & they were still in single rotation doing three songs per set even after 11pm. I was there for three hours that evening & left without seeing some girls have their turn on stage. Definately not the way to energized the patrons. While on that subject, the DJ's are also supposed to be announcers. However, they are either told to say the same thing or they have no imagination. The three worn out phrases are: Let's give a round of applause for Dancer "X", Dancer "Y" is stepping up to the stage & Dancer "Z" is at the door. The last phrase is a holdover from when the upcoming dancer would stand at the door & greet and/or walk customers to an empty table. An awkward eminity that they wisely discontinued over ten years ago, but the DJ's still make the announcement. One nice daily promo has gone by the wayside. At 9pm, when they changed from day to night dancers, they would have a two song "all skate" where on the second song the girls would come down & offer a 2 for 1 Couch dance. Recently a ridiculous decision was made to have the staff wear "referee" jerseys. Why??? There is no sports theme aspect to the club. Even the TV's around the club that used to show sporting events have been turned off for years.

If I may offer some suggestions, how about some music themed evenings & nights. Perhaps "R&B Wednesday's" or "Country Thurday's". Add some non-alcoholic pitcher selections like lemonade, fruit punch or soft drinks. Maybe a once a month "Full Moon" promo. One thing I remenber from the old original Harem House was that on Friday & Saturday nights they would have a female announcer who would escort the girls to the stage, work the crowd to a party atmosphere from the floor and do special promo offerings (free passes, a free drink, match girls to customer for dances etc.) Get some massage chairs in there so customers can have a choice of personal attention, a back-rub or a couch dance.
