Is this club still open? ...

Is this club still open? I stopped on Saturday, July 3rd about 10:30 pm. The club was closed. They were doing construction on Highway 75 in both directions so it was hard to get to town. The detour took you east about 10 miles to the next paved road. The highway from North Dakota was also open. Does anyone know if the club is open again?
