This Rick's location took over what used to be the old Big Daddy's building and did a lot of renov work on it -- they did keep the window swing (which was not in use when I walked in but I did see it used walkign by on another date). And renov or no renov it is still a 100+ year old structure and you know it when you go upstairs.

It looks like it's a way for the Rick's brand to try and go for a slightly more middle-class vibe -- but only slightly so, as they maintain most of their upscale prices. The stylistic conceit of it, from as described by its very name, is of a "Sports Bar", the waitresses wear a "referee" outfit of striped pullover and shorts, and there are multiple screens with events going on. There is a full bar (and you get roasted peanuts in the shell with your beer) and bar food is apparently offered; drinks are Bourbon-street pricey.

Like many places at B-street, the cover charge tends to become mostly theoretical if the night is slow. Once you enter, there is a forward area that is a normal bar, and then you enter the proper strip club. Entering the main floor, you have the bar immediately to your right and behind you, and the main floor is divided by a railing and the steps to the stage into a front and back area, only the front was active at that time. Stage is to the right (as you enter) side of the room, has a catwalk running the length of the room to the bar, one of the dancers on shift made good use of that resource to move across a wider field of vision. To the left of the room are the stairs to the CRs and behind the stairs, the LD room. Took the tour of the upstairs, the CRs are quite pricey and if they follow the usual Rick's model you then have to add a ridiculously expensive "bottle service" (of course they also have a ludicrously-priced balcony suite you and I will never afford, for use for hi-rollah parties and for when the Playboy Channel's in town). Security that night was present but discreet, not "in your face".
