I have been to AllStars several different days of the week and times of day. As mentioned in other reviews it is layed out fairly well and is clean. Lot's of TVs. They show all UFC fights and you can usually get passes for those to avoid the cover. Ethnicity is mixed. There are some knockouts and some who you hope do not approach you.

Friday and Saturday are definitely crowded and if you are looking for attention you should go on a different day. The Sunday shift is pretty dead, picks up a little in the evening. On a recent Wednesday it had just the right amount of dancers to customers.

Some dancers will allow more touching than others and depends on how crowded it is. Extras with some and others no.
