My friend and I decided to hit up Cheetah's after attending a convention in downtown San Diego. Upon arrival, the parking lot of full so we were expecting inside to be crowded but it wasn't. For newbies entering this strip club, the cover was $18 but also included a non-alcoholic drink, and a lifetime membership card where you can get in for only $8. When walking in, there's a stage in center of the building, and a smaller stage behind the bar, along with a couple of pool tables to the right of the bar. Plenty of girls sitting on the couches chatting or scoping anyone that entes like a pack of hyenas. I say most of the girls in this club are prettying banging. In other strip clubs, there's usually 2-3 dancers that would make me barf but this wasn't the case. Maybe because the convention was going on that weekend, they brought out their A-squad instead of their B-squad that night. Most of the girls were white but there were a few Asians, Latinas, Blacks, and Persians. As for the patrons, normal crowd. No thugs or gangstas. The only guy that stood out was a guy old enough to be someones grandpa... gross?

Now, when you first enter this building, you will be hustled for a tip/dollar no matter where you are or where you sit. I guess this is common in San Diego clubs, but not LA. After a dancer finishes her strip pole duties, she will go around the club asking for a tip. You’re not forced to tip them, but saying no isn't likely to have them come back to you to be hustled for a lap dance. If you're going to deny them a tip every time they ask, word will probably get out between the dancers and they will probably avoid you for the rest of the night. The only way to avoid them is to shoot some pool or strategically go the bathroom and be greeted by the bathroom attendance that probably wants a dollar for handing you paper towels.

I found most of the girls to be nice and friendly when it comes to the occasional hustling for a lap dance, although some of the white girls tend to walk around and ask if you want a dance rather then playing the game and hustling/buttering you up for one. The non-white girls seem to be less bitchy and seem to enjoy what they do. If you know how to carry a conversation and flirt, they will stick around and talk to you if no one else is buying lap dances from them. Also, some of the Latina girls will discretely play with your junk to try to get a lap dance out of you.
