Went to Deja Vu 3 times in the past 2 months. Twice on Saturday evening (10PM), and once on Wednesday early afternoon (2PM).
I live in the area so I'm pretty familiar with the clubs around COI. Here is my take on Deja Vu:
Pros: good value (if a good lap dance is all that you are looking for)
