I went on the Saturday before...

I went on the Saturday before July 4th. So my experience probably was not typical for this joint, especially for a Saturday. But maybe this review will be useful to someone thinking about going another holiday weekend.

Note, they supposedly open at 4 PM. I arrived around 6 PM. Parking lot was pretty much empty. There was a valet guy that walked up to me and said it was $5. I wasn't sure if there was self parking but I wasn't given the option. No cover, no one watching the door, there is a metal detector but I don't think it was on. I walked in and it was pretty much dead. A bartender, maybe 5 regulars (staff knew their names), no dancers. The bartender was nice, slender and cute, but not really my type. She informed me that dancers generally don't want to come in early on holiday weekends, and I would have to wait until at least 7 PM. I understood the situation but I am surprised the club or the manager doesn't force at least a couple of dancers to come in earlier. Anyway, the manager bought everyone a round of drinks to make up for it, which was nice of him. While I was waiting around and looking at nothing, I figured I might as well order some food, and whatever I ordered, it was good. They have a real chef working the kitchen, supposedly well known. I saw what other people ordered, and it also looked inviting and smelled good.

Apparently, they start manning the door and metal detector at 7 PM. And since it was UFC fight night on tv, the cover gets inflated, so I was glad I got in without cover before 7 PM. Sure enough, the first dancer walked in soon after 7 PM, and several others came in soon after. Maybe the first stage show started around 8 PM. For the next few hours, customers kept coming in and eventually filled the place (well, maybe 3/4 full). I guess the locals here know exactly when to come in during the holidays. However, not enough girls, and my guess is that this was the B crew (my standards aren't that high) which is to be expected I guess, but there were a couple lookers, and I would say more than half the dancers performed well on stage, and played to the customers watching, lots of eye contact and smiles, etc.
