I visited HiLiter recently. It is easy to find, although located in a so-so neighborhood. The layout is somewhat unusual. There is a line of chairs by the side of the room where almost all the $10 lap dances are done. When you sit there, it is kind of an invitation that you want lap dances. It is removed from the stage, but not too far away. Something about this seems weird to me - this long line of chairs with a bunch of lap going on.

Anyway, I went and the bouncer took me to a seat along the wall. Then, someone came up and kicked me out as he had been there before - so I moved somewhere else. Watched the ladies giving lap dances along the wall to others, until someone came and i got a few from her. Over the course of the night, most every lady worked her way down the line and I got a few or more lap dances from almost everyone there.

The ladies there were very nice. Above-average looks across the board, but nothing too spectacular. Amazing value for $10 lap dances - As I had only been pretty much to Las Vegas before this, it seemed like a real bargain. The lap dances were good quality - not quite as high mileage as you would find at Spearmint in Vegas, but not bad at all. Just for research, I tried out the VIP with one lady ($20 per dance) - really no reason to try it based on my experience.
