This place is hit or miss....

This place is hit or miss. But what is nice is that if its a miss all you are out is the price of a beer. No cover charge. No minimum. If it's a hit you can have a very good time. In any event you never feel like you've been cheated. Shift changes at 7 PM. Best time to get there in the afternoon is 5 PM, best time in the evening is around 9 PM.
