It was the best of times...
It was the best of times and it was the worst of times... all at the same time at Ricks. The dances were out of this world the afternoon I visited and things were pretty slow so I got plenty of attention. THe DJ was sorta funny and actually original with his lines. If that was all I would give Ricks a 10... but there are a few dancers there who need to get over themselves. If a guy doesn't want a dance from you, in this case the two were seriously unattractive both physically and in attitude, it does not mean he isn't buying dances. I have some regular dancers and some new ones I will try but some times a guy just wants to wait. So I sit there after some great dances from one of my best girls finishing my $5 Coke, paying that much I plan to finish it, and some crazy dancer tells me I can't just sit there and then gets the substitute manager, I guess he was the night guy called into the day shift, to come over. I left pissed and without getting anymore dances like I planned. Night Guy needs to go bye-bye and some girls need to go and check themselves. I've been going to Ricks since the early 90's and he experiences have left me this P.O.'ed. Not giving up yet but tempted.
