Cheaters is a pretty low down strip club in Providence RI. I've been there a few times usually with friends just to have a drink and look at the girls. I went recently alone to see if I could get any action. I sat at the bar near the nude room and within 5 minutes I had got propositioned by a pretty ugly black girls, "do you want a blow job" she said. I guess the law hasn't changed anything. I was not drunk enough and decided to leave.
