This little club is really a gem in the middle of strip-club wasteland. Much better than anything in Tulsa or any other clubs in Arkansas. It's just NW of Ft. Smith across the river in Oklahoma but worth the short drive out to get there. Now its not a fancy place like you see in big cities but the staff is very friendly and attentive and the girls are very approachable. They easily start up conversations and have good attitudes. Cover was very inexpensive ($5) and the beer was very reasonable as well. As stated in other reviews, the VIP is not bad at all and to bring a girl in you just need to "buy her a drink". The size of the drink/price basically defines the length of stay you get in the VIP. Once inside it's comfortable and a bit darker so you can enjoy yourself. If you find yourself anywhere in the area, I'd recommend a stop by.
