I work nights, and heard that...
I work nights, and heard that Cafe Risque is busy during the day because of the truckers. Well, not exactly... There were 6 girls working when I got there, and all seemed pretty tired and not very enthusiastic. Very nice girls though, most were 7-8s, but one was a knockout 10. Got a private dance from her but she wouldn't go for anything 'extra' (seems like the culture here frowns upon that kind of stuff). She was probably the hottest girl I've every seen at a strip club and had amazing tits, huge but still perky. But she sucked as a dancer, very bored and mechanical. The other girls at the club would ask every once in a while if you wanted a dance, but for the most part they were very low-pressure, happy to just sit and chat. Definitely the most friendly club I've ever been to, which helps because I'm kinda shy - I would go back just for the girls.
Overall the place was pretty clean and the private rooms weren't too skeezy. Nothing to write home about. I was there for about an hour and a half, and the busiest it got was half-full (6-7 other guys), then all of a sudden it seemed like it was just me and 2 other dudes. A couple of times the music just stopped and it got kind of deadly quiet, but no one really cared. I started talking to one of the girls to find out why she was so tired, and she told me the owners make then dance for 20 minutes straight, once per hour, and her feet hurt. They were complaining that other clubs give the girls more breaks or let them dance for just a couple songs. Cover charge before 7pm (I think) was only $5, but you have to order a drink (no alcohol of course) or at least a $4 menu item. Not terrible but not great. Overall, I might go back again if I was driving down 75 and bored, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. Girls were good, but it seems like the management just doesn't care and they don't make any extra effort to create a fun atmosphere.
