The Night Before doesn't look like...

The Night Before doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's a cozy little club with three stages (one dancer per stage). It's a long, kind of narrow place. The main stage is in the middle of the room, with two smaller stages at the front and back--one close to the entrance and the bouncers, and the other at the back across from the bar. There's also a small room with two chairs nearer the front for private dances.

I've been to the club a few times now, and on any given night the dancers range from 5-8 depending on your tastes. I like 'em a little curvier, but they've had girls to suit most fancies. They even have some ethnic diversity depending on the night, and in the Midwest that can be hard. Of course the Night Before is in Lincoln, so the girls are only topless, and there's a city ordinance against touching the dancers at all. In fact, I'd say about a third or more of the times I've been there I've seen a cop at least stop in the club for a while, so I think the ordinance is enforced. Obviously, the main stage is always open, and depending on how busy the club is and how many girls are working, they'll open up the other two if needed. For $1-2 you'll get a nice little show for yourself at one of the stages, and private dances are $20. Cocktails start around $5.

The last time I went to the club, my wife and I went together, and we had a pretty good time, but I think the girls paid more attention to her than to me...not that I minded that much. ;) They let us have both the chairs in the private room for a couples lap, and the dancer was a short, perky girl with long dark, curly hair who had plenty of energy for the both of us. We'll definitely be back.
