I had to see if everything...

I had to see if everything I had read about this place was true: Dive? Bordello? I really wasn't sure what to expect.

It's no high-end gentlemen's club but I've seen worse. Kind of a neighborhood shot-and-a-beer joint with half-naked women. Pretty slow on a Wednesday afternoon (early), maybe 10-12 dancers, fewer patrons. The stage takes up more than half of the place, which isn't too roomy to begin with, and the bar is pretty basic (I asked for about three different drinks before I found something the barmaid recognized) but no less over-priced than other clubs. $5 cover day and night, no valet.

The talent is a very mixed bag. One fairly hot girl named Samantha approached me a couple times. One or two other girls were attractive; but a couple others were really, seriously, in the wrong line of work. At one point a blowsy blonde planted herself on the stool next to me and asked if she could stay. It didn't appear to matter what I said, she was so obviously wasted on something I was almost afraid she'd pass out. I only got rid of her when the DJ called everyone up and she stumbled to a stage in the corner where she sort of stood in place and jiggled her tits.
